1st ACOTUR Women's Forum

We were invited to attend the first Women's Forum organized by ACOTUR, which was a wonderful space where it was evident that it was organized by women, and for women. This forum aims to inspire, empower and support all women entrepreneurs, businesswomen, or in any position, who are seeking to develop as leaders in their sectors, become professional, and provide a better service for their companies.
ACOTUR, is the Association of Tourist and Vacation Complexes of Quintana Roo, which according to its page, brings together all natural and/or legal persons who are owners, operators, intermediaries, builders, marketers, advisors, real estate developers or associations. that are predominantly dedicated to the activity of Vacation Clubs, in their different modalities or formats.
We had various networking activities as well as presentations, panels, interviews and testimonies from great women leaders in the industry, which include, but are not limited to, Miriam Escalante, President of AMEXME, Meg McGary, Regional MKT Director Prestige Travelers by Karisma, Anna Kiseleva, President of ACOTUR and MKT Director of Sunset World, Marevllis Radilla, Project Director of Grand Park Royal, Erika García, and Jacqueline García, international businesswoman.
Each of these women managed to empathize with the public from emotions and through showing themselves human and vulnerable, sharing their life stories to know how to tell all the businesswomen and women present that persistence, commitment and resilience are the biggest secret to the success, reaffirming its commitment to supporting all women in the industry. Among women we take care of each other, we are never alone.
